Effective against all types of pest bird and also rats, squirrels, cats,dogs and other outdoor pests. Detects pests using a passive infra red motion detector. The repeller has 3 settings which cover your choice of:
- High frequency covers birds, rats,cats,rabbits and squirrels.
- Medium frequency covers cats and small dogs.
- Low frequency is used to repel larger pests such as dogs, foxes, badgers and deer.
The repeller has an effective range of 8-10 meters line-of-sight in front of the speaker. For best results it should be aimed at frequently used areas where birds are landing.
Results
Results will normally be noticed within 2 weeks . Some pest problems may take longer to deal with as animal behaviour is sometimes unpredictable.
Power Source
The outdoor pest repeller works using 4 x D-size batteries (UM-1). Batteries typically last around 3 months on "motion-sensitive" setting. For continuous operation connect a 12V AC/DC adapter to the weather proof jack socket on the right hand side of the repeller (Not Supplied). |
