Netting Fixings

Netting Fixings are used to support and tension the bird control netting, in order to keep it in shape and to keep it held close to the structure being protected, to prevent birds squeezing through any gaps between the netting and the structure.

We stock two ranges of fixings products; "Professional" stainless steel fixings for outdoor & commercial installations and "Budget" galvanised steel fixings for indoor installations, DIY customers and installations where the price has to be keen.

There are three main types of fixing:

  • Netting perimeter & straining products. The components of the wire rope framework that is essential for all netting installations.
  • Corner fixings. Used for anchoring the wire rope framework corners to the structure and tensioning from them with the barrel strainers.
  • Intermmediate fixings used at set intervals along the net's wire rope perimeter to hold the netting close to the structure and prevent it bowing outwards.

We stock complete ranges of Budget and Professional fixings for the following substrates:
