Product Specification
The bases are UV light-protected polycarbonate, with breakable sections. Each 33cm strip contains 10 X V-shaped spikes which can each be snapped-off, using in-built snap-off pints, to make individual spikes or to tailor a strip section to a specific size.
The spikes are a heavy-duty stainless steel wire 1.4 mm in diameter and are made from 304 grade stainless steel. The spikes are blunt-cut to prevent injury to both installers and birds.
The spikes are moulded into the base for improved durability

Height of spikes 150mm. Width between outer tips 165mm.
Maximum gap between outer spike tips of parallel rows 100mm.
Spike wire diameter 1.4mm.
The spikes are sold by the linear meter.
One linear meter consists of three individual strips, each 330mm long.
One row of spikes will protect a width of up to 265mm.
165mm is the atual width of the spikes between the outermost tips.
265mm includes the maximum allowable distance between addittional parallel rows of spikes or the wall behind.
Use to secure anti perch spikes of all varieties to pipes. Use 2 zip ties per 33cm strip of spikes. One 430mm cable tie will stretch around a pipe upto 125mm in diameter.
For larger pipes double-up the ties by interlocking them.
On smaller diameter pipes the excess tie can be trimmed with a knife or scissors after installation.
Everything you need in addition to spikes and adhesive, to install gull or pigeon spikes.

Surface Activator is a cleaner, degreaser and primer all-in-one. It will activate non-porous surfaces such as plastics, coatings and metals for improved adhesion of our silicone spike adhesive and Fix All adhesive.
You will not require our Surface Cleaner if you are using Surface Activator.
Surface Cleaner is a cleaner and degreaser which will ensure that no grease or stains will remain on non-porous surfaces before applying Silicone Spike Adhesive or Fix All.
Use this product to ensure a long term bond for your spikes.
